This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities fulfilled for a perfect holiday. the staff is professional and attentive, fulfilling every request with kindness. the spa and wellness centre are exquisite with relaxing body scrubs and massages.
Although this hotel is exceptional, the quality of the food at the restaurants is average. there are various dining locations in the vicinity that offer exquisite cuisine.

Great views from the room and delicious breakfast options that catered to both local and Western palates. The location offered a tranquil escape from busy city life, with stunning ocean views and a relaxing atmosphere.
The service was a major letdown. Room was not ready on time, and the staff at the surfing centre were pushy, unpleasant, and unhelpful.

The hotel was located right on the beach in the middle of a Chinese tropical garden. the rooms were very comfortable with a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. the breakfast offered a great variety of local dishes with both Chinese and Western cuisine. the swimming pools were clean and spacious with great access to the beautiful sandy beach.
Although the hotel provided local dining options, there were limited choices outside the premises.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff, especially Darren, were very helpful offering us a free shuttle from the airport and providing tips for our stay. The ocean view room was spacious, bright, and clean with a big balcony and bathtub. The hotel has two big swimming pools, indoor, and outdoor. We spent most of our time at the beach, which was clean and beautiful with pure ocean water and a Mountain View. The breakfast was nice, offering Chinese and western cuisine.
Nothing could have been better.

The hotel had a nice ocean view and a clean room. the breakfast had both Chinese and Western cuisine to choose from. the beach was clean but not very warm and had good surf during the winter months.
The service was slow and rude. We had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get into our room.
